Skurman Architects' work has resulted in a number of awards including five Julia Morgan Awards, from the ICAA Northern California chapter. In 2010, Andrew Skurman received the title of Chevalier de L’order de Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) from the French Minister of Culture. And a decade later, Skurman Architects became the first West Coast architecture firm to win the Arthur Ross Award in Architecture, the highest honor for excellence in the classical tradition.

Projects designed by Skurman Architects have been featured in numerous publications including Architectural Digest, Southern Accents, Maison Française, and The New York Times Magazine. Work by the firm is also included in the books Napa Valley Style (Rizzoli, 2003) by Kathryn Masson, San Francisco Style (Chronicle Books, 2004) by Diane Dorrans Saeks, and The Art of Classical Details: Theory, Design & Craftsmanship by Phillip Dodd James (Images Publishing, 2013).
